I had really excellent care and treatment by Surgeon Pete, Deanne Cowlishaw Karen Delaney and Tracey Griffiths. They couldn’t have done any more. 10 stars for everyone

Overall I received good treatment and was treated with respect I know you are inundated at this present time but your doctors and staff were very supportive and explained to me throughout my treatment all I needed to know very professionally the wait time was a bit excessive but that can be expected just like to say thank you to all the Doctors and staff for my treatment and follow up procedures that was explained to me on my visit to the urgent treatment centre. Thank you all. Mrs L Taylor.

Once appointment booked through out of hours was seen quickly and competently.

While I understand pressure on the nhs is high, an appointment sooner (was 4 am - phoned at 10 am previous day) would have been appreciated.

Staff were helpful, welcoming & friendly. The doctor was respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. Only downside was the wait time but I’m aware of the current strains on the NHS & understand why the wait times are unavoidable.

Wait times which I understand are out of your control given the current climate.

The person attending me today was BETTER than my GP. Give him a raise! He deserves! And lower the GP salary to a £14 or less per hour. That’s what they deserve.

I have asthma

Apart from the time being 2.30am which wasn’t great we were seen not long after arriving and sorted very quickly.

I have asthma and I had a chest infection previously - I was worried I needed steroids or abs to help with the ongoing cough - I felt so poorly I was glad I didn’t have to wait in a and E for 4+ hours I was really grateful to have an appointment and be seen within 2 hours. The Dr who saw me was so thorough and reassured me that my chest was ok and to keep doing what I was doing.

I know even when you have an appointment there will be a wait and I don’t know what you can do about that?
