Was given an appointment time only to be told that as A&E were busy, they pushed patients to the UTC and none of the times were being adhered to. That was after waiting over an hour after my appointment time. The room was ridiculously hot and unbearable to be in

I was well cared for and felt valued by the staff and doctor. Service was brilliant and I have no complaints at all.

I was found to have no blood clot, but there was no reason given for my initial concern, I would have felt more reassured if a blood test was taken to rule out anything more sinister, but trust their opinion.

I only had green puss coming out of my right eye,and my right eye was red and sticky.Nurse (Hazel)said I had an infection and prescribed me with some eye gel to pick up at my chemist.

I received the best attention from the receptionist to the nurse Hazel who checked my eye .Cant praise the staff enough.They were fantastic.Thankyou.

I rang late after being on a trip all day and ny symptoms got worse. I was attended to at late notice very grateful

I was given the treatment I needed and all staff were polite

There was a long wait however I understand that it was busy and I was grateful that the lady on reception let me know that it was running late
