I received timly info and was treated nice but got told my abnomal ekg was totally normal making me feel like i wasnt treated by a compantat doctor

Have doctors that can read an ekg better

Nothing it was a great experience all round I was diagnosed within 10 minutes and has been calling my calling for weeks

Only issue was not being able to be prescribed the recommended medication and still having to go to see my GP That what the whole reason i was there i. The first place As getting into my doctor’s is like getting in the tower if London without a ticket

The GP that I saw was very polite caring & professional. He delt with me quickly & efficiently.

The doctor I saw was lovely I was in a lot of pain he quickly diagnosed me and got a doctor to see me in A & E

I do not have any of the above conditions

What concerned me more than anything was that I attended on a Friday night with a prearranged appointment, there were 6 staff members stood behind reception chatting and not a soul other than myself in the waiting area. Yet it was sad to see A&E bursting at the seams. It made me feel guilty that I had been seen and dealt with promptly and efficiently. Someone who had been waiting hours in A&E with his wife approached the desk to ask if they could be seen in here instead to be told no. Why would that be if resources were available? It just didn’t make sense?

Was treated with kindness and respect by all staff from reception to Dr. Waiting room was clean and tidy and my waiting time was not too long. Was checked over and given advice and treatment for my condition.

Everything was fine and couldn’t think of anything to make it any better

Transfer from A&E to minor injuries was quite quick and the overall wait time was acceptable

In minor injuries there were 3 staff members sat in reception - apparently chatting - one (maybe a trainee) was doing nothing whilst the others were on the computers some of the time Don’t get me wrong - I accept that they were probably not the people who should be seeing patients - also that jobs were probably getting done - the optics however were not great and I imagine that the 4 families with young children may have found the apparent lack of any urgency quite annoying
