Service was organised and wait time was only just over an hour. It was Christmas Eve and such a relief to have this service and receive the care and medication I needed. Doctor was very informative. Great service. Thank you.

Pleased with the care and treatment received from the doctor on duty and I didn’t have to wait too long to be seen by the doctor at all.

Had to wait to be checked in by the receptionist as no one was on the reception at the time of arrival. However another member of staff said she wouldn’t be long and would be with me . This is not a complaint just something that could be better. But overall pleased with the wait time to be seen by the doctor as this wasn’t long at all.

To start with I was checked in to be told they were 2 hours behind. Then after 15 minutes of being sat in the waiting room I was phoned and told I had been sent to the wrong location due to a member of staff booking me in at the wrong place. This increased the already long wait to be even longer. The waiting rooms was full with people sat on the floor and in the corridors and the room was so hot without only a small fan to air out the room. When I was eventually seen the doctor was quick to rush me out the room and didn’t prescribe me anything to deal with the symptoms despite tests showing signs of a potential infection. He just told me to drink plenty of water and sent me on my way so now I am still suffering nearly a week later. The whole experience was awful and has made me lose trust in the system.

In the future make sure that patients are booked into the correct systems and if the wait times are much longer than the appointment time made get in touch with patients so they can wait at home rather than in an overcrowded waiting room. Also ensure doctors actually listen to patients concerns and get to the bottom of symptoms. There was also a lack of staff working and this could be improved if there was to be more doctors and staff scheduled each shift. Also more seating in the waiting room and better ventilation is needed.

I phoned at 8am after speaking to a call handler got a call back at 6.30pm that night. Then an appointment was booked for me at 8.30pm that night. Got seen at 9.50pm now back at my doctors today for further treatment. After advice from hospital doctor

If an appointment is made for someone. See them around the appointment time. Not 1 hour 40 minutes after appointment time. Otherwise service is good. But is under pressure. Don't want to lose the NHS

I gave this score because once I was finally seen I was treated with care

I had an appointment made for 9.45pm but didn't get seen until 11.55pm I think people with appointments should be seen at there appointment time and people sent from A&E in-between.
