Nothing. I rang up for an appointment and got advised that I should take my daughter to A and E. Once there, she was referred back to out of hours where, because we are now a 'walk in', we were not seen for hours.
It is s disgraceful 'service' where, although I rang for an appointment, I was not seen.
Absolute farce. This needs to be sorted out.

Call back from GP within 40 min was good, wait time in A and E was good but from speaking with GP to appointment was more than 2 hrs.

What I've seen today it's more comfortable with a new GP room so I can be sent to GP straight away. And the time which I'm waiting is more shorter than before.
