Nothing. I rang up for an appointment and got advised that I should take my daughter to A and E. Once there, she was referred back to out of hours where, because we are now a 'walk in', we were not seen for hours.
It is s disgraceful 'service' where, although I rang for an appointment, I was not seen.
Absolute farce. This needs to be sorted out.
