I was attended to quickly & professionally.there were not many people waiting.

There could have been a sign outside A&E directing us were to go.

The nurse I seen was lovely and did all the checks possible and even checked with another professional to confirm diagnosis

I have had the issue for 6 months now but have been unable to get a GP appt and have been treated with antibiotics which I now know would not help the situation. The gentleman I saw was extremely understanding and empathetic to my situation and feel that hopefully the correct diagnosis and treatment may now be started

Having never used the service before I was extremely satisfied and could not recommend anything as I was very happy with the service I received

The doctor who did my prescription didn’t write down the dosage of co codamol so the pharmacy couldn’t prescribe them me only a lower dose brought over the counter and I needed the original ones that was prescribed as my ear infection really hurts

Receptionist was bluntly rude and the doctor should write down accurately

I was seen very quickly after making the initial call to 111. I was sent to the Women’s hospital and subsequently admitted, where I still am. I am very happy at the treatment I received

Quick response, informative Doctor

Nothing other than maybe close the break room door. When you can hear staff laughing and joking while the waiting rooms full of people in pain or ill it feels like they don’t care. I appreciate there are entitled to breaks but in that moment myself and others don’t care about that, we are just desperate to be seen. A closed door could have avoided the entire waiting room reacting negatively.

Efficient professional courteous service

GP (The Edlington Practice) should not have sent me to a and e as I just needed my standard medication for my long term condition

Doctor was making jokes. Dancing around and didn’t tell me what should I do next. Didn’t answer any questions and was constantly laughin for no reason. I was waiting in pain for few hours in queue and didnt get any help. His behaviour was unacceptable. Wry unprofessional. Nurses and receptionists were fantastic. Doctor is a joke. Will have to visit gp this week and was also referred to occupational health to try some treatment.

This doctor shouldn’t be responsible for urgent patients. Making fun of patients and being silly is not what should be a norm. Unprofessional ridiculous man.
