I have diabetes but didn’t go with that as a problem

My appointment was given by 111 for 10 pm as I arrived at reception was told by receptionist who was abrupt that there was at least a 3 hour wait and if I didn’t want to wait to go home

Mum had an infected wound on her foot. She got antibiotics prescribed by urgent care but they didn’t have the facilities to clean or put a dressing on her foot which I found completely bizarre as we were in hospital and next to the A&E department. We had to book another appointment at the walk in centre for the following day for it to be cleaned and dressed. I thought this wasn’t great as her wound was very infected.
