I feel the opportunity to express the level not care, compassion and patience I experienced, should be documented. I’m incredibly anxious and can honestly say, I was treated with care and empathy. Thank you to all.

My only recommendation would be, the vocal relay of personal information in rooms, where everyone can hear. In particular, the urgent treatment department... it was quiet and I literally heard every patients full name, DOB, first line of address ( and postcode & telephone number) and doctors surgery they are registered to. I find this concerning and maybe a review of this process could be highlighted fur attention for improvement.

At the moment it is the only way to see a doctor I was treated with respect and dignity the doctor i saw was very understanding and professional

My visit was fast efficient, the staff were caring , informative . And a credit too the nhs . They couldn’t have done more . Thank you

When I turned up it was rather busy. I was seen within an hour . I was seen and cared for .

The only thing I didn’t feel comfortable with was the waiting area . Wi Covid still around . People was sat to close . . And no ventilation window s was closed .,

The seating area did not appear to be socially distanced properly. Fortunately I sat in a seat on its own

The nurse I saw dealt with my issue urgently getting me admitted for urgent treatment she was very caring compassionate and kept me informed and calm was such a lovely person

Excellent service. Friendly receptionist, although busy (perhaps ask people to wait outside because the waiting room was rather busy with people having to stand)

Provide more seating, maybe in the corridor to save overcrowding in the waiting area? Overall, friendly receptionist, she was very caring and a very professional Doctor, treated with dignity and respect. No complaints. A very efficient service.

Service was 2nd to none, the Dr who treated me was, kind, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable & Very very efficient.

In my opinion the service was faultless I can't praise highly enough.
