Had a skin complaint for about 20 years...psoriasis. But that was not the reason I attended the hospital.

Not much...waiting for 3 or more hours is expected I suppose.

I was made an appointment over the telephone by 111. Appointment was meant to be at 5pm and didn’t get seen until 7.10pm

Because I don’t have a condition

I called 111 for a referral for an X-ray, they told me a number of times Doncaster urgent care could do this, but when I arrived and waited 45 mins to be told they can’t order an X-ray but I needed one and to go back to the GP for a referral! Should we be wasting appointments like this in the current climate? I’m in this mess because I didn’t want to take an emergency A&E slot during the pandemic! Better information on X-rays required by 111.

Because I went to the A&E to get a scan or x-Ray but got put in a waiting room to see a normal Doctor!!!

When I go to the A&E Like to be treated at the A&E I am still in the same situation an in serious agony an pain if I wanted to got to the doctors I would of gone to my own !!!

I needed help with abandon pain, waited 6 hours ir hospital, got checked blood pressure 4 times, i dont know for what reason the nurses did that. And at the end the doctor told me to use painkillers even if i told him 3 times that they dont help, very disappointed, with doctors and nurses care like that, people could die.

Be more organised, and be willing to help people. Try to find what is the problem if the person doesn't feel okay, not just tell him to use painkillers, because painkillers dont fix the problem.
