Seen in a timely manner. Doctor I saw was a lovely lady, took time to speak through my issue and examine me. Happy with the outcome.

I know due to covid number of people has to be limited but I have a newborn who I couldn’t leave at home and I brought someone with me to help due to my issue and they wasnt allowed so that made it hard for me to care for my newborn and be examined by the doctor. On some occasions exceptions should be made.

Speedy and effective.

No the allotment was extremely helpful. Perhaps a better understanding and info re when to use the facility. I did feel like I was ‘in trouble’ for attending despite being told by my doctor to engage with 111 and ultimately attend.

I am fit and well and take no medication

I was treated by a brilliant lady doctor who was so kind and professional. I can’t praise her enough. In fact I gave her a hug .

The receptionist was lovely, the GP however treated me like I was a child! He spoke down to me and also treated me with 0 respect until I got angry with him and questioned him as to why he was speaking to me the way he was.

The GP needs some form of “customer service” training on how to speak to patients, I work clinically myself and was actually at work when I attended the UTC.

Excellent service. Was seen fast after calling out of hours and referred to the correct service swiftly.

still waiting for diagnosis by NHS. did suffer from anxiety attack once or twice.

nothing really, be nice if the wait times were within 2 hours as opposed to 4 at peak periods but I fear that's just the way the system works, nothing the staff could have done better was all brilliant. NZ doctor was great and night time desk girl did excellent talking to people from different backgrounds a quality that is impossible to teach sometimes.

The doctor was amazing. He indentified the problem quickly and the advices that he gave started showing results from today itself.

I suffer with neck, shoulder and arm paini also suffer with asthma and COPD all through working down the coal mines for 45 years
