Because use are doing a great job but to be honest use are doing the of our own GPS who do not want to see us just easily diagnose you over the telephone. Where has yourselves say you need to be seen.

I was kept waiting a hr had to complain has people with appointment times after me where being seen before me, the staff apologised n said they don't know why it had happened and got me in next but still wasn't fair

I had to wait for over an hour, the nurse then said I had a water infection when I didn't and when I was referred to the gynaecology department no-one knew where I was supposed to be and I spent a long time wandering around alone trying to find the right place.

Reduce waiting times or at least ask that the receptionist manages expectations better when patients arrive. It is not as frustrating if you know you are going to be waiting and not seen on time. Also train staff on different departments and up to date on any changes. (I was sent to G5 instead of SDEC)

Don’t have a condition

There were no female doctors to see, just all male doctors, I would of preferred to have seen a female doctor due to the issue I had come in for and my age being 19 I’m only young, it took me out my comfort zone.

Appointment time was 10:15, but not seen until 11:15, which is ok, but difficult when in pain.

Apart from ageing joints and muscles I feel I am in reasonable good health.

In my first assessment I gave details of my problem which were scribbled onto a piece of paper and then handed over to the receptionist, I assume for recording. I found myself supplying that same information in the department I was referred to. I understand it might just have been for confirmation but it came over as duplication and when the health service is under pressure for resources this is an area that could be tightened up.
