We were not waiting too long and everybody was really nice the doctor took her time and was very thorough and went through everything with me in detail
Barrets Oesophagus
I had an appointment for 10. 30 didn't get seen till 12.30
The nurse I saw i found unhelpful and rude.
I had a bite where my leg was 3 times its usual size
this is a usual reaction according to the nurse on the
Evening.
I had been advised to visit via 111 to come,
Which I mentioned to the nurse on the evening
Whose response was well this is why I do the job I do.
Poor service doesn't cover it afraid.
I only needed a prescription that my gp sent me for, as they could t give it out in the community chemists. I got sent from a&e after waiting for over an hour, to then be sent back because they couldn’t do it either. All in all I want waiting 4 hours and 10 minutes for a doctor to write me a prescription! Shocking!
Treated with dignity and kindness
I was seen on time with my appointment, the doctor was thorough and diagnosed my complaint quickly.
Which stopped a bad situation getting any worse.
It’s a shame my own GP wasn’t able to see me during normal hours which would have saved a whole load of drama.
The nurse practitioner was very pleasant gave me the chance to say my worries..I wasn't able to get an appointment with my own gp was feeling very anxious but she put me at ease very professionally explained everything
Doctor was friendly, helpful and very thorough.
The service I received from the health profession was great, can’t fault it. Was looked after and helped the best way they could. however I’m a pregnant lady with pretty chronic anxiety and the waiting rooms were absolutely overwhelmed with patients, it was very noisy, very hot and so I was sat on the floor in a corridor, outside the clinic waiting room, about 15 meters away from where people were being called through so it was very difficult to hear things and pretty gross having to sit on the floor and I was struggling with high blood pressure and severe headaches so sitting and standing up wasn’t the easiest task but overall, apart from the waiting area situation, the care I received was once actually in a clinic room was great, the dude I saw was very thorough, reassuring and very polite and courteous:)
Because I have copd
