I was seen swiftly even though a&e was very busy. I was treated with respect throughout and was kept updated throughout about when I would be seen or how long I may of had to wait. The doctor who treated me asked what I thought about my symptoms and talked me through the whole appointment. Very kind man.
On going investigation
The appointment was made by the out of hours GP and everything went to plan. Critical care gave me oral morphine which has been much better for me.

I called out of hours gp service, was passed over to 111.went through questions with operative, advised to call 999.did this, answered same questions awaited call back from paramedic.they then passed me to out of hrs gp service.who wanted me to sit in a&e for hours to be seen.too poorly to go out plus have husband with covid in household.asked if could be prescribed antibiotics for chest infection which were prescribed.now awaiting chemist to dispense.feeling that nhs service is concentrating on covid symptoms for everything.i have tested negative twice and all lateral flows are negative over past two weeks, explained this to the GP who stated some people with covid don't show as a positive,,,so after being told this what is the point in testing.before that statement I was depending on testing to make sure I wasn't positive now I feel as though with the symptoms I've got and being very ill for over ten days now I've either had covid or not but how would I know.
