I was treated with respect, the Doctor and Nurse were both happy to answer my questions about my ailment. The receptionist was pleasant and polite. I was seen on time and got an appointment within 3 hours of phoning. Excellent throughout.

I was seen promptly which I appreciate given the issues I was coming with however felt there were certain areas that could be improved particularly with communication.

After waiting for some results, I received a text advising that a prescription had been sent to my local chemist however hadn’t received a call or any correspondence advising what the results of my tests were and to discuss my prescription with me. I’m pregnant and this only added to my overall anxiety around my wellness and whether the prescription was ok for me to take at this time. A telephone call talking me through the results and the prescription would have been well received and is what I expected and was lead to believe would happen. It would have given me the opportunity to discuss from the offset any concerns I had rather than having to wait and follow up myself.

Appointments are always on time.. staff always friendly... I would happily drive through to here for regular appointments instead of going to my own doctors.

I needed to have staples removed after a operation and I was very pleased with the nurse who removed them

Really I cannot say that there was anything to say that would be any better everything was excellent

I had an appointment within half an hour, waited for five minutes to be seen. The Doctor was very thorough did not appear rushed and listened to my opinions. I left with a prescription and told what to do if the meds didn’t work This is what you want in every surgery.
