The service I received was very good. Following the original call back, I was given an appointment after answering a lot of questions. I attended the appointment and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I was seen on time, was listened to carefully, was checked thoroughly and was given a prescription and further advice. The person I saw was very professional with a friendly, caring manner. I felt very cared for.

The initial phone callback was quite lengthy with a lot of questions. While I understand the need to ask questions, some were not relevant for a probable sinus infection & when a person is unwell, answering a lot of questions is quite a task.

The service was very good from.start to finish.

The service I received was very good from start to finish. However I would have liked to have been offered a telephone call rather than having to travel to doncaster for a face to face appointment. I did request this but it was not possible they said.

I rang 111,I was contacted and given an appointment within 1hr. I didn't have to wait long at the centre till I was seen by a very nice nurse.

In my opinion nothing better could have been done. Excellent service.

The service was much more efficient than visiting my own GP. I was able to see a GP rather than a phone consultation.

Had to wait all day for the call back from the triage. But this is still better than experience at my own GP’s

I thought the doctor was not interested one but and just wanted rid of me asap, didn’t seem to care and didn’t listen to my concerns. Still have the on going problem now and I feel the diagnosis he gave was wrong. Not a great service to say the least.

Take more time with patients and advice the given doctor to listen to the patient more. Waste of time going as I feel the diagnosis was wrong.

Nothing - it was a great service with the correct diagnosis and treatment from the advanced nurse practitioner!

I was seen quickly when I arrived. The lady I saw was very kind and explained what she thought my health issue was. She emailed my prescription to the local pharmacy and it was there when I arrived.
