I don’t have
Usually your nurses are helpful and understanding. The nurse I saw thought she knew better and failed to listen to my needs. I get at least 1 UTI per year. The dipstick test showed blood in my urine. I always have the antibiotic called Trimethoprim over 5 - 7 days. This has previously been prescribed by my GP and senior nurse Yvonne Rodney and cavendish house. I made it clear that Nitrofurantoin antibiotic does not work for me. I have had this twice previously. The nurse I saw with the purple hair declined Trimephoprim and made me have the antibiotic which guess what ? Hasn’t improved my infection and now it’s 10 times worse. £9.35p wasted plus fuel and now I cannot get a GP appointment until 7th Aug. I will be complaining to NHS.
I do not have a condition
Because all the above were met. I’ve tried to see own doctor for over week to no avail and I had suffered enough. Get more satisfaction in having been seen when needed before get any worse
I have to wait 18 months for my next hearing test as I sufficient trained staff and should
Be tested every 6 months..
Phoned gp wirh the same symptoms few days later and was prescribed antibiotics so was made to suffer for days for no reason
Thankfully they take care of those who are unable to get an appointment with their own GP no matter how urgent.
Because I have no long standing issues. My only.issue was the poor timekeeping
Because soon as you walk in the practice it feels warm and welcoming the doctor I saw was brilliant gave me the answers I wanted to know
The Nurse Practitioner (Dina) was absolutely professional. She explained what she was doing and why and gave me explicit instructions regarding the medication she prescribed, what to do to help ease the symptoms and what to do to follow up with my own GP. She was terrific.
