I was offered an appointment at the centre on a bank holiday . I was very pleased to be seen by someone . The health practitioners was thorough and gave me a good examination .

I was given the same antibiotic which I had already had a course of for 7 days . This did not work on my condition and subsequently the doctor has told me that I needed a different type of antibiotic . I feel that I had a whole 7 days wasted of using this antibiotic which didn’t work . Sorry that I was not seen by a doctor or that the health professional did not consult a doctor .

The call handier needs further training or is very new. Generally they are very good but this one was impatient and rude. Threatening to disconnect the call ( after a 90 minute wait ) because she couldn’t slot us into one of her boxes. Not interested in history of condition or signs. Stating she could only deal with one symptom……. I know working to algorithms is difficult but she made it more difficult for us and herself. Luckily when we got to see GP he was competent kind and professional.

The nurse I saw that took the clips out of my wound was lovely she was very careful and explained everything to me, she was a very caring and understanding person, would highly recommend this service.

Nothing, my appointment was on time and the lady nurse I saw was an absolute gem.

Maybe find out what pharmacy's were open on new years day. Was told only asda at the dome. But asda carcroft pharmacy was open too.
