I received the best quality care in a very timely manner.

I found location was quite difficult to find only due to road works outside when I called reception they was helpful and able to locate me and give me directions.

Staff could have included me in the conversation more it was a bit awkward when your sat with the nurse and doctor and they’re discussing you like your not there but apart from that everything was good

I took in a sample of urine, as there was lot of blood in my urine. The doctor tested it but should have sent it in to be further tested and didn’t. My own doctor says this should have been done, and is now left wondering if I should be sent for further test.

The Doctor was kind, professional and managed to immediately identify the problem based on the symptoms and assessment. Gave the right medication that started the healing process straight away. I’m very thankful for the professional and timely care and treatment.

I initiated the process via 111 on Saturday at 4:00 pm and it took well over 6 hours to get back to me, and unfortunately my phone automatically went on silent sleep mode for the night when I received the call back from the centre at night, while I was already asleep. But after calling 111 again the next day morning, I received the call back and appointment within 2-3 hours on Sunday morning, so that was excellent.
