All the care received was excellent. I have selected neither good or bad for the first question as my appointment was around an hour and a half late. Apparently there was a problem logging into the IT system. I understand that there can be problems but there was no explanation or communication that this was happening so expectations weren’t set or met

Having buzzed in on the door, I then presumed I needed to check in once in the waiting area. I didn’t, so maybe make this a little clearer. Also the waiting room could have been laid out a little better based on the space available. All chairs seems crammed in to one area.

I am not happy with calling 111 because later doctor said he has only 2 words that describe condition of patient. Then why I answered so many questions by phone?!

I wish I could book appointment when I came in the venue without calling 111.
