Hiatus hernia

Did not see doctor until 25 minutes after my appointment time. People arriving after me were being seen first - but I suppose they were seeing a different medic.

It was an utterly pointless visit. I had obviously got a stomach bug as I had cramps diarreah and projectile vomiting. I was given advice that I was already following. But the worst bit was despite having overwhelming nausea and having to fly to Germany the morning after I was offered nothing to alleviate this by the mysterious colleague in another room who refused to prescribe anti sickness tablets. Thanks for nothing I had a terrible flight and an awful few days in Germany

Theyvm couldn't help me but didn't give me any information on how I could get help. It was a pointless, wasted appointment

I have heart failure

The triage system could be improved.My initial assesment said I needed to ring 999 for an ambulance . This sent me to a hospital which was not suitable for my condition who instructed me to ring 111....a doctor from 111 then booked me into my first port of call ......Cavendish House... So a complete circle which took all day when I could have received treatment in the early morning with so much less stress
