I have heart failure

Suggested improvements
The triage system could be improved.My initial assesment said I needed to ring 999 for an ambulance . This sent me to a hospital which was not suitable for my condition who instructed me to ring 111....a doctor from 111 then booked me into my first port of call ......Cavendish House... So a complete circle which took all day when I could have received treatment in the early morning with so much less stress
