First time that I have used this service. Really good

I manage an eating disorder best I can but, this had nothing to do with my appointment to the out of hours service

Maybe better signage as to which door to enter. Other than that everything was extremely efficient. Had the rest I required to get the medication I required to treat my infection

I was so pleased to get an appointment for my daughter as she had tonsillitis. I tried to phone my own doctor at Mexborough health centre at 3:15 once we discovered it. Knowing how it can affect my daughter if we don’t get it treated straight away I phoned the gp whilst still in the car only to be told I would have to wait for the same day centre to open at 6. I phoned 111 at 6 ti be told I could have a 7 hr wait but thankfully I got the call about 2 hrs later. And only had to wait an hour for the appointment. The lady we saw was lovely and prescribed the antibiotics that was needed.

I actually can’t think of anything that could be better. We got there parked up and it we felt safe through the whole experience which as a woman with a 17yr old daughter is very important. The waiting area was clean staff were friendly and helpful and we was seen about 20 mins after the appointment time which I see as been fairly quick. I would like to thank all the staff that was there that evening
