After being ill on the run upto Christmas I knew I had laryngitis as I suffer with this yearly, was coughing up thick green mucus, heavy chest and total loss of voice I made the appt and was told to wait in the car until someone came out to me- assuming this was due to Covid but no one actually said- I sat there over an hour- couldnt call anyone as I had no t and was in tears of anxiety and the feeling of being overwhelmed I ended up getting out the car and trying to find someone who found pity on me and low and behold a doctor then came to see me- no antibiotics or even sent for a Covid test just told to inhale steam and get a throat spray- 10 days later still feeling the same so off to my GP- a very upsetting and distressing appt

Better communication more discussion in appt to keep me in the loop as o felt things were missed

Busy time of year over Christmas and I received an appointment ans the medication that I needed to get me on my feet again

I have an underactive thyroid condition which I take daily Levothyroxine for, but it was nit on your list

Quite difficult to locate your building, signage could be improved, but once inside, everything was very good

I don’t have a long-term condition.

I am extremely impressed how efficiently this service worked, particularly since it was Boxing Day during a pandemic when I called. I had a triage conversation, a call back from a doctor/nurse and an appointment with a doctor within a few hours. Thank you. I love our NHS.

I have asthma, I used the service as my asthma had got out of control and I needed stronger drugs for it.

Great service, all staff involved were lovely especially the person on the phone

Because it's the truth I have to have a open wound packed dressed every day

Having wound nurse on Sunday as I have found the nurse on duty Sundays wasn't up to speed with how to pack and dress my wound relied on me explaining how which I'm ok with but others might not be

The doctor on the phone was absolutely lovely as was the nurse practitioner who dressed my wound and prescribed for me

The original call to out of ours doctors was extremely personality less and a robot
