The Dr couldn’t access my medical records. He said the Medical Centre at Springwell Denaby practice had not given permission. I find this strange.

Nothing it was a covid secure prompt appointment the staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was good Although I was referred to My own doctor to ask for a scan if I had been told To go to A & E I would have got the scan same day instead of having to wait 3 weeks

I came with a severe rash that has been going on for around 18mths . I was dealt with by a lovely nurse and a trainee nurse . I couldnt of asked for better information and help . Unfortunately they couldnt really interveen much as im under dermatology at dri but they gave me advise and showed caring and empathy . I really appreviated both of the ladies knowledge . I rang dermatology on monday and ive an appointment tomorrow so will hopefully get help .

In essence. The appointment I made was a waste of time . For all the help the nurse gave me I may as well have booked an appointment with the caretaker and let him/her assess my situation. I felt like I was rushed , the nurse wast interested . In the end I was left in a room to treat my own ailments . Bandage dressing . It felt like a neglible, indifferent view the nurse took . I felt I wasn’t given the attention my issue warranted or advised on what to do . Overall a dissatisfied patient. It’s a disservice to the profession. Will do my best to avoid in future . Perhaps will be in my interest to travel further afield . Sheffield or Rotherham Thanks

I was directed to your service as I could not obtain a appointment at my own gp so 111 booked an appointment with yourselves. I was seen promptly but helped in no way whatsoever. Was told that you could not access my patient files, did the briefest physical exam (a few presses of my abdomen) and was sent on my way. Following this I spent a week in hospital having no other options or advice. Abysmal service.

Offered any insight whatsoever. If patients are being directed to yourself when they can’t get to their GP why would you not be able to access any records. The person I saw was dismissive and frankly rude.

I saw a nurse practitioner about signs of infection on a 2 day old operation site, she was quite negative and told me that it looked fine to her until she found my blood pressure was high and that the operation was to remove 2 basal cell carcinomas. I felt that she thought I had had rhinoplasty and deserved disrespect.

I already was pretty certain what the problem was -Shingles- I sought confirmation and then wanted a prescription for anti viral medication as I am age 66 and care for another vulnerable adult The male nurse that dealt with me was friendly and polite but told me that anti virals were generally not prescribed but he was willing to do so if that’s what I wanted I did not seek but was not given advice on aftercare but thankfully I have the ability to source the info from the internet The surgery felt Covid safe I liked not having to touch any surfaces on entry My only slight concern was the pulse oximeter that was used was not wiped before or after I was asked to use it which I felt was unsafe I used alcohol gel which I now carry all the time to clean my hands after I left the surgery The nurse was new to the surgery and had problems with the printer for my prescription (low on paper) for which he apologised and could not find a pen in the consulting room to sign my prescription
