Waited 1.5 hours to be seen even though I had an appointment, have a two week old baby who had to sit in the car with my husband.

If you know you are running behind then have a gap in appointments so you can catch up rather than keep booking people in and causing more a back log

I’ve been treated very well, but my case have t been solved

I came because I had been diagnosed on the Friday with a UTI, had 3 days antibiotics, but pain had gone into my back, I was thinking the infection may have travelled to my kidneys,. I fetched a urine sample with me, the lady who I saw said give me your sample, no please, no manners, no eye contact throughout the consultation, yes the urine sample was negative, as she pointed out several times, which I did acknowledge, I found her manner abrupt, very rude, and dismissive, I have never been spoken to in that manner, if I spoke to my residents like I was spoken to I would in deep trouble. She was very rude.

Maybe a lesson in dignity & respect.
