Given a call back after referral from 111. Service called to say they were fully booked. They hadnt even Informed 111 they were fully booked so that 111 could stop referring there. When asked on the phone if they had at least told 111 was lied to and told that’s not the process. Didn’t refer me back to 111 or to another service. Dangerous and completely undermined the entire 111 process. Met with complete inaction when told member of staff who called that she needed to escalate there problem further and make sure someone called 111

I didn’t need to see a dr and when I turned up they said that, waste of a trip for advice that could’ve been over the phone

I accessed the service on the advice of my pharmacist as what I thought was just a reaction to an insect bite was an infection. I had to wait a few hours for an appointment but I really appreciated being able to see someone Saturday afternoon rather than waiting till Monday for antibiotics as my leg was quickly becoming more uncomfortable and swollen. Every member of staff I spoke to or saw was friendly, professional and caring.

I can’t think of anything.
