After initial contact via phone I was contacted and offered an appt within 2 hours. I arrived 10 mins before and was seen and treated slightly before my appt excellent service. Prompt efficient and extremely warm and polite.

The waiting time was ridiculous. I wasn’t just a walk in, I had an appointment and I was left waiting anxious and shaking, nearly crying for over an hour before I got seen. When I did get seen I felt like I wasn’t listened to and like I had wasted my time and also very very hopeless about getting any help. I felt minimised. And this isn’t good with my depression, it’s made me feel even worse. Luckily I got in touch with the hospital the day after and they are actually doing something for me.

Got an appointment in one hour. Sorted out my problem and got in touch with my G P. Moved things along quickly otherwise I would of had to wait 6 weeks for a doctor appointment. First classe treatment.
