Overall a very good experience, treated quickly, efficiently and with dignity

Some form of improved security to prevent people just walking in off the street looking for medical attention. This occurred during my visit a male individual possibly Eastern European walked in not wearing a face mask thinking it was the walk in centre . Otherwise it was a good experience all round

Excellent service received

As an NHS worker I was shocked to find that the nurse I saw could not access the ICE system. I had sent a urine sample in to the labs and the nurse I saw was unable to access the results without phoning the labs. I also learned that if I needed any bloods taking, again, that can not be done at the out of hours service and I would have needed a second appointment at my GP practice anyway. That to me is a waste of resources when the out of hours could be granted access to ICE for the benefit of patients. The clinical lead nurse I saw was very nice, professional and very knowledgeable as well as being friendly, approachable and very helpful. I was very grateful to have an appointment, be seen so swiftly and dealt with in an efficient manner so thank you to him.

I was unsure if I was going to get the call after waiting 9 hours but made an appointment and the service was excellent- thank you
