You couldn’t have done better, I was treated exceptionally well. The health professional gave me plenty of time and eased the anxiety I was feeling. Should I ever need to use the service again I will be more than confident and comfortable to do so…….. Thank you

Nurse practitioner I saw was very efficient and I was sorted out quickly. I felt I might be wasting their time but it turned out I wasn’t.

I was shocked at how quickly someone contacted me to get me a doctors appointment after i spoke to 111. The clinic experience was very efficient and the doctor was lovely

I have no long standing illnesses. Result of appointment was antibiotics as larangitus whilst 26 weeks pregnant.

The service and the people were great. The equipment however was poor. My doctor was unable to take my blood pressure as i needed the larger cuff but it didnt fit onto the electric blood pressure machine. Therefore my blood pressure was not taken and instead was asked to go a and e for ecg because of what i was saying mainly because he couldnt do my blood pressure. I declinded as didnt need an ecg as not heart related. Equipment should be better available especially when anyone can come in with any issues.

The service I received was quick and very helpful. The staff I spoke to, on reception and in the treatment room, were both excellent.

I can't think of a way to improve my experience other than convincing people to not vote for the Conservative party so our NHS can be properlyfunded and not sold to American medical corporations which would reduce waiting times.

I have a viral throat infection that has been going on for ten days

I was just told from a print out I didn’t have a water infection, my temperature wasn’t checked or nothing I was clearly in a lot of discomfort and was told to go buy something over the counter. I feel like every time me ir my children are here there’s never anything wrong always something viral they don’t give a thorough checking over!

I initially visited the out of hours service on Friday evening and was given self care advice but informed to return if my symptoms got worse. By Sunday morning I was feeling much worse and had deteriorated so called back to the service who arranged a further appointment within a few hours. At the second appointment I was provided with antibiotics and advised to stay off work for a few days until the infection was beginning to clear. I felt very reassured by the care given and that my concerns had been taken seriously.

It isn't clear whether visitors/patients need to give their car registration for the car park to the reception staff upon arrival so there was a fear that we may have been ticketed, however this did not impact on the care given and no wardens were patrolling.
