I have a history of blood clots in lower leg.

Not an easy place to find, better signage to and at location.

The doctor was patient and kind, took her time to answer my concerns and was perfect. However she told me I needed follow up bloodtests at my GP but did not tell me, or them, which tests.

After leaving my GP could not book my in without knowing which tests were required. I was asked to phone SDS and give them my GPs email and ask them to send details. The person who answered the call was rude, curt and unhelpful. She did not listen to what I wanted to say, but butted in saying she couldnt give the details to me (not what I was asking for), and that my GP had to phone SDS. I am not sure this is resolved 4 days later.

I do not have any long standing condition.

Nothing more could have been done. All very efficient and helpful.

Attitude of first contact on telephone who rushed questions and didn't really listen to the answers. This redeemed by the gp who rang me back as his manner was exemplary.

Better training for first line contact's and ongoing monitoring of same.

I got good service from the medical team

I rang I rang the receptionist at 10:30 on Monday and ask for an appointment and was told there were no appointments so I rang 111 and spoke till them till them m&a got me an appointment at 3:30

Because I was seen with in 2 hours and they got me sorted straight away

Receptionist who took the initial call was extremely rude & talking over myself ! Kept repeating the question if i was unable to answer correctly, very abrupt attitude. Call back and told nothing can do to help me and need to go to the doctors for a blood test, 3 days later I still can’t get an appointment at the doctors. All a waste of time.

Treat me with a bit of care and compassion.
