Member of staff made me feel at ease

Was told to be there for 8pm and was 8.45 before appointment Enforce the rule of masks in a nhs building or refuse treatment

I gave the answer because everything was fine and good I just feel the doctor could have done a little bit better

I think the doctor could of had a quick check to make sure I was okay, instead of telling him about my pain and then just being prescribed antibiotics.

I was a few minutes late and was abruptly dismissed to phone a certain number which lead to me having to describe all my symptoms again while I was in agonising pain. What a horrible heartless receptionist with no compassion or people skills. There were doctors stood around talking in receptions booth while I was on phone. Anyone could have seen me for five minutes and given me a diagnosis. What a waste of time this health centre is.

The receptionist could have been so much nicer and actually checked with one of the doctors near her and had me diagnosed. What a waste of a trip. I bet you cannot improve nothing.

I have used the Doncaster same day health clinic twice now and each time I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Assessments are timely and thorough and staff are so lovely on the phone and in person. I have always been offered fast and effective advice and treatment and I wish my home city of Sheffield offered such great NHS urgent options. Keep up the great work and thank you

The doctor I spoke with was one of the best I’ve spoke to in years he was so welcoming and really listened to what I said kindness cost nothing and this guy knew that!
