It was speedy process from start to finish. From them answering the phone to booking me in so fast. Nothing else to say other than I did not know the service was there.

The medical practice my mother is registered with seemed unable or unwilling to help. This service gave us the help we needed.

This service was quite satisfactory. Any improvement would be in the practice making it easier to contact them, and scrapping the ridiculous rules about when patients can and can’t book appointments... even telephone appointments.

It was easy to make an appointment via phone. I was not waiting long in the surgery. The care and attention I was afforded by the Dr was exemplary. Special mention to Diane - she was fantastic in diagnosing (extremely conscientious) and finding the best possible treatment as well as offering advice on how to relieve my symptoms on top of the prescribed medication. She was very friendly and caring.

Terrible service my daughter started with breathing difficulties as we were left 2 hrs after appointment in a waiting room

Keep to appointment times have patients care needs to be priority! Especially babies and children

Having not been able to get even a telephone appointment with my own Doctor, I phoned 111 and was helped in a professional helpful manner and was promised a callback within a few hours, on receiving the phone call I was given a face to face appointment the same afternoon. Where I met a polite qualified dr who examined me and listened to my concerns, giving me careful feedback and appropriate treatment. Thank you

The day prior to my appointment I was given an appointment at 15:30 and waited several hours before having to leave so I could eat something and stay conscious. The team then decided to report on my medical record that they had phoned me several times and also left me voicemails which is completely false. Which led to me having to phone 111 wasting more of my time and other peoples time. When I was finally seen by the nurse she said my problem didn’t require an appointment clinically despite being advised by the pharmacist I did and having been unable to get it under control with self help/ over the counter measures. My problem was described as mild which it may have been from a clinical perspective but that doesn’t negate the distress it was causing me nor the need for help. Found the whole experience rather draining and disheartening. I also really do not appreciate total lies on my medical record.

Don’t make stuff up and then record it on somones medical record to cover your own incompetency. Treat patients with more respect.

I assume this question relates to the one above. In which case I gave the answer I did because I do not have any of the named conditions.

I waited nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Would have been better if I had been seen on time, I appreciate that the service may have been busy but wonder what would have happened had I turned up 30 minutes late.
