The day prior to my appointment I was given an appointment at 15:30 and waited several hours before having to leave so I could eat something and stay conscious. The team then decided to report on my medical record that they had phoned me several times and also left me voicemails which is completely false. Which led to me having to phone 111 wasting more of my time and other peoples time. When I was finally seen by the nurse she said my problem didn’t require an appointment clinically despite being advised by the pharmacist I did and having been unable to get it under control with self help/ over the counter measures. My problem was described as mild which it may have been from a clinical perspective but that doesn’t negate the distress it was causing me nor the need for help. Found the whole experience rather draining and disheartening. I also really do not appreciate total lies on my medical record.

Suggested improvements
Don’t make stuff up and then record it on somones medical record to cover your own incompetency. Treat patients with more respect.
