I am being treated for a leg Ulcer bu Bernice,Colin and others that are all very informative and doing a great Job.

Nothing the service is brilliant as mentioned above.

I am away from home and needed urgent primary healthcare. The service worked very well for me.

It would have helped if the clinician could have ordered a urine culture.

It was the weekend no surgery practice would be open and my practice would probably not have seen me for several days needing an appointment.

Phoned on a Sunday morning and had a call back within 2 hrs, with an appointment to see a Doctor within 5 hours. Very good service, quick and easy. Good to know you can get professional help on a weekend when your own doctors are closed.

I went as I was in absolute agony due to a migraine. I was seen over an hour after my appointment time, by a doctor who told me to go home and take paracetamol, go back to my gp or go to a&e because she had no clue what was wrong with me & wouldn’t advise me on what stronger painkillers may help me!

She showed zero compassion to the pain I was in & generally seemed to have no idea how to help. She even asked me what I thought the problem was!

I got to see aa health professional within an hour or 2 of calling. I felt looked after and felt warm and welcoming environment. Even took me in early as I arrive 20 minutes early.

I'm not a person to complain be I had waited nearly two hours to be seen to it wasn't even busy in the waiting area. soon as I got called in the Dr saw me for less than two minutes and the Dr didn't even seem bothered felt like she didn't want to be at work.

Prioritise patients better and not take all day to be seen to.

On the whole very good experience. Got me in quickly and reception staff were lovely. Doctor was very knowledgeable but perhaps a bit disconnected…Would have perhaps come across as slightly more professional if personal iPhone wasn’t going off with text and notifications every 30 seconds during the appointment.
