I was diagnosed with Chronic Urine Retention and an enlarged prostate gland four years ago.

Nothing - my treatment was excellent !! Knowledgeable, sympathetic and professional staff. My nurse was called Nicky and she was a shining example for the NHS.

I didn't get a call back or appointment until the next morning which could of result in me needing to attend a&e.

Calling back within 4 hrs and certainly on the same day.

I have problems with reflux, hiatus hernia, gastritis, IBS and diverticular disease, also an ongoing problem with sinus and ear infections, i also suffer arthtitis in some parts of my body.

I think my treatment was perfect, my appointment was on time, the practice nurse was lovely, a very pleasant experience to be treated like i mattered.

Appointment time was 13.00 got called at 13.42 , with only 1 other person waiting before me ?? Maybe have a notice up regarding patient waiting times !!

I have no long term condition

111 said I needed a same day appt to see a GP. On arrival the receptionist was very helpful . However I did not see a GP . I saw a nurse that was very rude, unprofessional and most disrespectful. Nurse DQ Quagraine told me to sit down , shut up and listen. I told her several times I could not sit down as I had a back injury. she said she would not treat me unless I sat down. I did so and this was excruciating I could not stand unassisted afterwards. I have lost all faith in the medical profession after this experience . She even punched me in the back to see if it hurt!!! This is unacceptable.

Very pleased with the end to end process for accessing the centre via 111. I was treated in a very friendly and professional manner and was given plenty of information throughout the appointment.
