I am so grateful to be able to have been seen and given the antibiotics I so needed.

Nothing, I really appreciate being able to get an appointment. My surgery were not helpful and couldn’t accommodate me. Same day health centre did what my own surgery couldn’t and I will be eternally grateful. Thank you so much.

I could not have wished for better treatment, the staff were helpful, the doctor was professional and made an efficient assessment and although not fully recovered I am feeling a lot better than the day of the appointment, thank you to the whole team.

The initial telephone assessment resulted in being told to dial 999 and request an ambulance, I considered that this would have resulted in poor use of NHS facilities that were better used for more life threatening circumstances. The call from the clinician highlighted the required actions and as I had the ability to attend your facilities more than met my needs.

Cannot get into my own doctors, I got an appointment the day after I called 111 with this doctors, I was dealt with quickly, all checks done well and given the anti biotics I needed straight away.

Nope, maybe not wait 35 minutes past mu appointment time but at least I was getting seen.
