From first arriving to leaving, my son was extremely well cared for. All the nurses and doctor involved in his care, were kind, caring and thorough. They were incredible with my son and I as we were both extremely frightened. I couldn’t ask for more, thank you

The staff were great when called upon but the waiting time of over 3 hours just for my CT scan results was ridiculous.
Suggested improvements
Speed things up! I understand the NHS is understaffed and under strain but there was no real urgency to reduce the amount of people waiting to be seen.

Was seen, treated and out of the dept within an hour and half, staff were lovely and the doctor I saw was very informative and thorough, as a member of staff of the hospital, I couldn’t have felt more at ease by how I was looked after.
Suggested improvements
Nothing I could say about anything needing to be done better, the dept were amazing.

Very poor service after wait 3/4 hours the doctor was interested wouldn't even send me for an xray. The place is an absolute joke

Because staff was really nice and kind to me :)

Despite the fact I was waiting almost 2 hours for someone to see me , barely conscious and 21 weeks pregnant. Then after that when they called my name, all nurseries I had and doctor was great and caring. I felt safe. Everyone was so kind despite the lady at the reception.
I cannot complain really because room was clean, and everybody at the A&e was very nice and professional. If I can compare it was much better a&e if it comes about the service and cleanliness than in Hull :)
