Because staff was really nice and kind to me :)

Despite the fact I was waiting almost 2 hours for someone to see me , barely conscious and 21 weeks pregnant. Then after that when they called my name, all nurseries I had and doctor was great and caring. I felt safe. Everyone was so kind despite the lady at the reception. I cannot complain really because room was clean, and everybody at the A&e was very nice and professional. If I can compare it was much better a&e if it comes about the service and cleanliness than in Hull :)
