Poor service really no real discussion about my injury or severity or timescales. Also discussed in waiting area which l wasn't impressed with.

Spend a very short period of time discussing the injury and making it clear to the patient what has happened.

Lovely staff who looked after my son

My son has an intellectual disability he's 11 years old with the mental age and understanding of less than a 5years old, he found the children's waiting area boring and was getting upset as there was nothing to distract him, I wasn't even able to let him watch something on my phone as no mobile signal and the free WiFi wouldn't let us stream anything so he found it upsetting especially while he was hurt and in pain, he doesn't understand his feelings or how to express them so it all came out as crying and anger towards me

Treated fantastically by all hospital staff when got myself there on Wednesday IV antibiotics and morphine etc for systemic infection from tooth access due to immunosupressants etc Sent to hull max fax next day but they can't treat for several weeks if not months ended up in absolute agony as infection spread further so advised to get ambulance by nhs111 plus a nad e staff and out of hours doctors paramedics but the ambulance staff regulars made it very clear to me and everyone else they were disgusted with me for getting an ambulance if you wish to hear the full story call me on 07724687184 salllyjaffray@googlemail.com

Have better ambulance staff especially if they are training students

The doctor/locom had not read the ambulance reports correctly and to ask if he read English correctly as he tried to work on top of the spinal column yet I did tell him it was the base of the spine I had damaged and told him several times.

Get better people who are qualified like my wife who is a grade 5 and is a mentor nurse who has been offered a grade 6

The staff were lovely and friendly with my son. He was seen quickly so we didn't have to wait very long at all. I'm very happy with my sons care.

Staff very helpful. Wait wasn't as long as I thought it would be seeing it was a Saturday night. Only thing was I was told I would be contacted about a scan within the next two days and havnt been contacted yet. (3 days later). Overall the visit was good.

Only thing would be less of a wait though mine wasnt to bad as it was only 3 and a half hours from going in to leaving.

No complaints. Only criticism is the lack of refreshments available to patients and their families during the night.

Have availability of food and hot drinks during the night.
