Plenty of information.
The interaction between the participants on all subjects.
My care has been very good. Trying new clothing and good advice given. Very thoughtful and shown positive attitude- always helps.
I saw Jayne today who was very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease.
She explained everything in a very clear way and made sure I understand everything she was telling me.
Personal care from the same nurse was great.
All of the individuals providing care are warm engaging and thoughtful - but particular thanks must be given to nurses Stridey and Marianne and HCAs Martin and Ellie - Jo. They have really made an effort to understand me and effort to understand me and my needs and are exemplars of the care profession. It is however difficult to just highlight 4 individuals as everyone at Cynthia Spencer hospice has been so helpful.
My mums care was personalized and the progress she made incredible. We did not think she was going to make it when she was in KGH. But she is pain free, getting out and walling slightly it only took the hearts 1 week.
The only 'issue' was the reception team (volunteer) maybe they was not welcoming they made you feel awkward.
Rude at times (reception only).
1) First class care all round, services provided just like staying in a first class hotel.
2) The time delay between pressing the call button and someone appearing could be shortened. But when someone does arrive the service is fantastic and couldn't be bettered!
3) I am sorry that the answer appear to be negative.
4) From the treatment I have received from the staff I don't know how it be improved.
Very impressed with the service especially Anne Harvey's co-ordinational skills!
The hospice staff were all excellent in care and time keeping.
My husband is deceased.
His care was excellent the nurses were very caring and very efficient and patient.
