The quality of care was exemplary in all departments, admin, nursing, physio etc. Please thank all the nurses for their close attention in some very difficult situations.
It would take very little or anything to improve care.

From the GP to the health care professional to the drug delivery drivers;they could not have done more than we needed them to do.
The ambulance to take Mum to the hospice did not arrive when we were told it would. I had to threaten calling 999 to the switch board operators. The ambulance staff were unaware of the problems on their level.

Nothing can be faulted here in Cynthia Spencer.
The staff are fantastic, very kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. This is the second time my mother has been with you, living in France myself, I am so happy to know she is being so well cared for. The family have always been informed of her progress.
