Kind and considerate, compassionate and caring team.
Patient has been unwell recently and we have not been able to come recently.
However we made it today and patient has really enjoyed it and it makes such a difference to him.
The staff are volunteers are excellent as usual.
Keep up the good work!
We had great fun with the Karoke and had lots of laughs. I enjoyed the exercises before lunch.
Friendly and calm atmosphere made me feel relaxed.
Any queries or concerns about my condition were acted on efficiently and further advice given if necessary.
Adjusting to the long term effect was sometimes difficult but after treatment and a discussion about how I was feeling I would leave more positive.
Very efficient service - people telephones to say when they were coming and always arrived on time.
Everyone was friendly, courteous, helpful, sensitive and efficient.
Very caring at a difficult time.
The care given to my mother could not have been improved.
Many thanks.
Made to feel comfortable and relaxed appointment not rushed, very thorougher treated with kindness and compassion.
Nothing could be improved.
Excellent service.
I was cared for immediately and with great effect and nothing could have been improved.
As soon as the assessment was completed the level of care and support offered and given was outstanding. If in future planning, provision could be made for some assessments at weekends for patients discharged home at the end of a week I am sure it would be appreciated by patients and be reassuring for their families to have that help available during their first weekend at home.
Thank you for your feedback. The Hospice at Home team will where capacity allows complete assessments at weekends. We will discuss this feedback in our next Team meeting to ensure we look at how this can be planned better in future.
The carers were very professional, doing what had to be done quickly, but also telling the patient what they were doing and why. They always had time for a chat and always a ready smile, not only for the patient but for the partner as well, which was very reassuring. I was able to go out for an hour knowing that my husband was in safe hands. I shall be forever grateful for their support.
