My sister, has improved so much since she has been here. The quiet surroundings and wonderful care and attention she is receiving could not be improved. All the staff are cheerful, polite, understanding and very helpful - which makes our visits so much easier. At this sad time for the family it is such a relief to know that the patient is safe, happy and loved by all that are caring for her. Being able to bring the patient's little dog in to see her is a real bonus!

Absolutely nothing. Level of care exceeded my every need. Nursing has seen a huge step forward and I cannot praise it enough. I will miss everyone and never forget the staff. Nothing too much for them.

Patient shower. The water pressure is very low. Possibly because the water pipe at the back has a leak. It just needs more oomph to allow a proper wash.

I felt completely safe, well cared for and relaxed. Everyone knew my name. All of the staff were very professional and totally respectful of my wishes. Cynthia Spencer hospice is a remarkable place.

The majority of staff were extremely friendly, in particular the hotel services staff who always had time for a chat. The nursing staff were very caring and on many occasions went the extra mile.

All members of staff, including volunteers showed kindness and consideration in every interaction. My husband was consulted on every decision, until the point when he could no longer respond.
