We were given an excellent service. We were never rushed and felt we were listened to. The problems we had are resolved and after being fitted with good quality equipment and checked everything is OK, we have now been discharged. No complaints at all.

I am attached to my local hospice in torquay devon. They have just been in financial difficulties and got through it with the kindness of friends. This is a beautiful place and the care is wonderful but its not easy to get staff. I have only been here just once a week but no complete. The food is beautiful and the Victoria sponge is on pace with mine. Just one thing I would like is a bread roll for the 5th tea time to put meat paste on as even jam or banana don't want much after my dinner as I only have a small appetite.

As a family, we are overwhelmed by the manner in which both mum and we were cared for at Cynthia Spencer. We were kept informed at all times and any medications and interventions were fully explained.
Above all, we cannot speak highly enough of the relationships which we and mum developed with all of the wonderful staff and volunteers coming for her. We know that she and we were in the right place.
