As a family, we are overwhelmed by the manner in which both mum and we were cared for at Cynthia Spencer. We were kept informed at all times and any medications and interventions were fully explained. Above all, we cannot speak highly enough of the relationships which we and mum developed with all of the wonderful staff and volunteers coming for her. We know that she and we were in the right place.
