Doing exercises was good. Checks on blood pressure was helpful. It was good to meet with other people. The staff were kind and understanding. Waiting for transport was a drawback.

At last someone is listening to me. It not a case of what you know but who you know. Why did I have to be referred by a caring paramedic? At last things seem to be moving - after 10 years. The staff at OPARS seem to be very caring. I am pleased.
