it was the awareness of the bad habits that our children pick up. The way all subjects were explained to us and our children. The team were great.
To raise awareness about what we eat, how to be healthy and the importance of exercise.
The information provided was very good. I would recommend introducing more physical exercises for both parent and child. Example, some basic gym exercises such as rowing, stretching, push-ups - exercises that could be done at home; walking around the track etc.
It was all good, nothing better
The first person connected with the NHS not to terrify me in five years. Helpful, positive and kind.

The physiotherapist was very good and treated me with respect and dignity. She listened to the problem I am facing and advised accordingly. She did an assessment and advised on exercises I needed to do to improve. I was further given a leaflet on the exercises I needed to practice.
All of the exercises and information provided to me have been clear and easy to follow and, more importantly, have resulted in a huge improvement in my mobility. The leg brace that was provided to me has been wonderful and has aided my recovery considerably.
I have been able to do a lot more tasks and have been shown ways to improve my balance. The clinician is very patient and kind.
