Staff are always polite and helpful and home care avoids hospital admissions. What could be improved:
We were initially advised that district nurses would do ordering of supplies to be delivered to our home (this makes sense as they obviously know what they need). However, this never happened and finally we had to sort this out ourselves but it has been a long time.
My carers have a very good nature always pleasant and a joy to me. I am always sorry when they go.
Very caring and polite nurses. A pleasure to see them each time. Have nothing negative to say but prefer the female nurses to visit.
Courteous and kindness of care.
Very regular and helpful
Would like on odd occasions to ask for them to come early or late in the day as hospital visits and family outing (not able to go).
The care received by my mother has been to a good standard. The nurses attending have always let me be involved and kept me well informed of their actions.
I liked to go on the swings

I liked how Emma looked over all the areas of my child and discussed with me how to work on that. There were a couple of things which I was not aware of which helped. This session was very helpful for me and my son and I am looking forward to more sessions.
