The staff members were helpful, considerable and provide you with the information and help you need for you, as the patient, to make the informed decisions upon treatment. Having had many months of appointments and having been treated at numerous hospitals over the years, the staff here at the Jubilee Centre really stand out amongst the rest. The care and service to patients is superb.

Quick response, friendly team, explained procedures in plain language. All good but waiting time long sometimes but presumably unavoidable. All my questions were answered fully and I felt comfortable at all times.

Nurses are polite and respectful so no negative remarks in that respect. Improvement could be that the office staff liaise with then nurses as I have requested that the nurses come at a certain time but some still come before then.
